About me
I am a passionate chef with over a decade of experience across diverse kitchens, from high-end restaurants to exclusive private homes. In the past two years as a freelance chef, I’ve worked in nearly 100 restaurants, refining my technique and developing a distinctive, contemporary style.
My cooking draws from Italian, Spanish, French, Japanese, Thai, and Vietnamese cuisines, blending them into fresh, refined dishes. I’ve also had the privilege of cooking for a family in a luxury home in Beverly Hills, further strengthening my ability to deliver elevated, bespoke dining experiences.
Creativity and an open mind guide my approach. I respect classic culinary traditions while embracing modern techniques and bold, innovative flavors.
